Mr. Albert Difilippantonio is TEFL Certified as well as having a Masters Degree in Creative Writing. He has taught at all age levels and many schools in HCMC. He has also lived with Vietnamese families for the past four years; in the USA and in Vietnam.
Having stayed at 3 to 5 star resorts and hotels, he experienced the wonderful Vietnamese welcoming nature of the staff, but saw the lack of proper training in various departments in understanding and speaking clearly about common conversations in English. The same experience occurred when doing business with Vietnamese Businesses, large and small.
Understanding something about the Vietnamese culture, he has created a targeted way to teach individual departments specialized English terminology. This direct and limited phraseology for each person of a large resort, small hotel, or large corporations, will enhance the clarity between your lovely staff and those clients who speak English, and between Vietnamese Business people and business people from around the world.

Michael Husbands has a proven track record in managing and operating a diverse range of Food and Beverage, 5 Star Hospitality and hotel resorts. His experience includes such areas as training, logistical support, security and administration.
His most recent experience is related to 'Resorts train the trainer Project' supply/delivery and management of 5 star Hospitality standards for Vietnames Trainers. His background and training have given him an in-depth knowledge across a broad range of F&B, Catering, Logistics and Security fundamentals. Over 20 years experience makes Michael as comprehensive teacher trainer Manager of the related delivery platforms and disciplines for these service sectors - ultimately Michael is personable and outgoing.
